Mungo is a natural fibre heirloom-quality homeware textile company that merges traditional weaving with contemporary design. All Mungo products are designed, woven and made at the Mungo Mill in Plettenberg Bay. It is Mungo’s mission to shape and uphold the standards of sustainable production, whilst manufacturing a quality product that is woven to last.
At CTFW, James Mudge Furniture Studio is collaborating with Mungo, upholstering a selection of chairs bringing together textile and furniture design in a refined expression of local craft.
